Let Me Introduce Myself!
Hello, my name is Léo Labrousse. I’m 21 years old and currently in my first year of a Bachelor’s degree in Media Engineering at HEIG. I created this website as part of a digital marketing course. While its main purpose is academic, it is also meant to be educational.
I have been practicing fitness for three years. It’s a passion I discovered thanks to a friend who introduced me to this world. Over time, I’ve focused particularly on muscle gain and cardio training.
Outside of fitness, I am also passionate about skiing, football, and traveling. For me, these are all different ways to stay active, push my limits, and discover new environments. I also take a few simple dietary supplements. For example, I occasionally consume whey protein and electrolytes during some longer or more intense sessions. These supplements help with recovery and hydration. To track my nutrition, I use the FatSecret app. I find this app very practical, as it makes it easy to track calories and macronutrients on a daily basis. Through this project, I want to help people who are just starting out or who want to better structure their training. I provide clear, accessible information without unrealistic promises. My goal is to make the world of fitness less intimidating and more understandable for everyone.

I particularly recommend the YouTube channel Fleckinho, which I also mention on the page dedicated to strength development. His videos offer excellent technical advice for progressing on basic movements, with clear explanations that can be applied both in the gym and at home. What I especially appreciate is his positive energy and smiling attitude, which make training more motivating and less intimidating, especially when trying to become stronger while maintaining a healthy and accessible approach to fitness.
